For each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia, a one-page downloadable fact sheet outlines the number of individuals with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), including statistics on the leading causes of ESRD, such as hypertension and diabetes. The fact sheets also provide data on the number of nurses in the state and the ratio of nurses to residents.
