Nephrology Nursing Perspectives, a new podcast series from ANNA, features interviews and discussions between ANNA members and the nephrology community. The podcast focuses on issues in nephrology nursing, health policy, and nephrology nursing as a specialty nursing profession.
- In the first full episode, 2020-2021 ANNA President Lillian Pryor interviews Icar Noel, an acute nephrology nurse and team leader RN with Fresenius Kidney Care in Philadelphia and president of ANNA’s Keystone Chapter. Ms. Noel discusses her decision to choose nursing as a career and why she selected nephrology nursing as her specialty.
- In the second episode, ANNA Leadership Committee members Dr. Jami Smith Brown and Dr. Amber Paulus discuss nephrology nursing career opportunities. The discussion is excerpted from a Way Into Nephrology Nursing (WINN) webinar hosted by the Leadership Committee in April 2021.
