As our Clinical Educator for Dialysis, you will be responsible for assessing the educational needs of the staff while promoting professional development through the planning and implementation of education programs. You will also provide leadership in advancing the practice of nursing to achieve quality and cost effective patient outcomes. Additionally, you will provide clinical support to a defined patient population/area, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in the management of improving difficult and complex patient care issues.
Requires a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or a related field; current RN state licensure (or compact state); dialysis experience; national certification in specialty (preferred on entry or within one year of hire); and a minimum of five years of clinical experience. BLS and/or ACLS Instructor Status preferred.
