They are among the 231 highly distinguished nurse leaders in the 2019 class who will be celebrated at an induction ceremony October 24-26, 2019, during the Academy’s annual policy conference in Washington, DC.
ANNA distributed over $92,000 in excellence awards, educational scholarships, and research grants to ANNA members and chapters during the 2019 National Symposium in Dallas. On February 26, 2019, ANNA’s Pediatric Specialty Practice Network (SPN) hosted a webinar entitled Who’s Afraid of Pediatric Nephrology? The webinar was designed to assist nephrology nurses who regularly care for adult patients to connect with a network of pediatric nephrology nurses who can answer questions and provide information and resources related to the care of the pediatric nephrology patient population.
