Call for Comments: Human-Centered Design Toolkit for Kidney Failure

The Kidney Health Initiative has released a draft of the Human-Centered Design Toolkit for Kidney Failure, a resource that provides those developing kidney replacement therapies with empathy tools to facilitate interactions with people with kidney failure, enable market segmentation, and provide a framework for a customer requirements document. Human-centered design is an approach to product development that puts people first, and the aim of this project is to identify innovations in care that will have the most impact on people’s lives. Comments on the toolkit draft are due by July 1, 2022.
