The University of Michigan Kidney Epidemiology and Cost Center (UM-KECC) is seeking volunteers to participate in a telephone interview to provide feedback on a new short patient reported outcome (PRO) questionnaire on patient life goals. Two types of volunteers are needed: Clinical dialysis providers (clinical nephrologists, renal nurses, renal dieticians, and renal social workers) Individuals (18 years or older) who have experience on chronic dialysis (in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or home hemodialysis experience) To volunteer, send a brief, one paragraph statement describing your interest and experience to firstname.lastname@example.org by September 12, 2019.
