Nephrology Nurses Invited to Participate in Survey on Mental Health and Well-Being in the Workplace

To better understand nephrology nurses’ mental health and general well-being in the workplace, ANNA is conducting a research study using an online survey to help determine the current needs of nephrology nurses in the workplace. Based on survey responses, ANNA plans to identify and provide resources to support nephrology nurses' mental health and general well-being. If you would like to participate, please complete the survey by August 14, 2020.

About the Survey

Your responses to survey questions will be kept confidential and will be used to help determine the current needs of nephrology nurses in the workplace. Your participation in this research study is entirely voluntary. If you choose to participate, you will first be asked a few brief screening questions to make sure that you qualify to take the survey. If you do, you will then be asked to complete the survey, which will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to finish. The survey must be completed in one sitting so kindly ensure you have adequate time to complete the survey in one session. As participation is voluntary, you can choose to withdraw at any time and for any reason.

Confidentiality: Your participation in this study will remain confidential. Information regarding your identity will not be collected, and thus will not be discussed, presented, or published as part of this research study. This research study will be carried out in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Policy to protect the safety and integrity of any private health information.
