Director, Dialysis

Full Time Position 

Hours: 8:00-4:00 

The Director of Dialysis Services will be accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of services provided by all inpatient and outpatient dialysis programs at HealthAlliance Hospitals. The Director will serve as a leader in the coordination of interdisciplinary processes that facilitate and expedite patient care services to achieve optimal outcomes. 
Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN degree required 

Experience: 

• Three to five years of dialysis experience. 
• One to three years in nursing management position related to dialysis services. 
• Current NYS license. 

The new HealthAlliance Hospital includes: 

• A two-story, 79,000-square-foot building adjoining the current facility, along with the full renovation of 48,000 square feet of space within the existing hospital. 
• A newly constructed 25,000-square-foot emergency care center. 
• A new intensive care unit. 
• A new family maternity center.
