Infection Prevention and Control

Project Firstline

ANNA is partnering with the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other organizations to disseminate resources on infection prevention and control (IPC) to nurses and other front-line health professionals through an initiative entitled Project Firstline.

Project Firstline features an interactive series of free online tools and courses that provide nurses with training and information about IPC. These comprehensive educational resources includes best practices addressing COVID-19 and other pathogens and infectious diseases, as well as evidence-based strategies to improve outcomes. Project Firstline resources are designed to help nurses understand and confidently apply IPC principles regardless of previous training or background.

Access Project Firstline resources at www.ANAProjectFirstline.org. Please check back often as new resources continue to be added.
