ANNA participated in the 70th Anniversary Convention of the National Student Nurses’ Association (NSNA) held April 6-10, 2022, in Salt Lake City, UT. During the convention, the Foundation of NSNA recognized organizations that have supported the Foundation’s scholarship program, which provides financial assistance for nursing education. Dr. Carol Toussie Weingarten, President of the Foundation of NSNA, presented an award to ANNA for sponsoring the student nurse scholarship program for 31 years and counting. Incoming ANNA National Secretary Kristin Larson accepted the award on ANNA’s behalf.
