A transcript is a cumulative, up-to-date listing of all ANNA approved / provided programs or events that you completed or attended.

The Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) accepts ANNA transcripts as documentation of nursing continuing professional development. ANNA maintains certificates for ANNA approved/provided activities for up to 6 years (for ANNA members and nonmembers).
How To Find Your ANNA Transcripts in the Online Library:
To print a transcript for your completed education
- Once logged in, navigate to My Account click on the tab that says, CNE/NCPD Transcript
- You can filter by type (conference, publication, etc) and by time frame using the filters
- Then click "Apply Filters."
- You can download a list of all evaluations completed by clicking "Download"; however, you'll still need to print an official certificate for certification purposes.
