| Call for Proposals: 2025 ANNA Nephrology Nursing Summit The 2025 ANNA Nephrology Nursing Summit will be held September 26-28, 2025 at the Le Meridian Sheraton in Charlotte, NC. The ANNA Conferences Committee invites individuals, regardless of clinical or corporate affiliation, to share their expertise by submitting a proposal for presentation at the Conference. | Call for Abstracts: 2025 National Symposium The 2025 ANNA National Symposium will be held May 1-4 at Hyatt Regency Portland & Oregon Convention Center. The Conferences Committee invites you to share your expertise, research, or clinical findings by submitting an abstract for a 15-minute verbal presentation or a poster presentation. This year, we’re awarding up to $1,500 in prizes to the top-rated submissions—voted by attendees through crowdsourcing and social media (hybrid attendees included!). | Help ANNA Celebrate World Kidney Day ANNA’s Advocacy and Health Policy Committee is excited to announce a campaign for World Kidney Day and needs your help. You are invited to create a short educational video explaining why World Kidney Day is important. Your video should raise awareness among the general population about the vital role kidneys play in one’s overall health and the importance of kidney disease prevention. Let’s work together to spread knowledge and encourage healthy living! Submit your video no later than 8pm (PST) January 20, 2025. You are also welcome to work on a video with your chapter, or with a few colleagues, if you would like! The Advocacy and Health Policy Committee will vote on a winner. These individuals’ names will be honored in a commemorative book titled “The Nightingale Tribute for Nephrology Nurses.” This heartfelt tradition commenced at the April 2024 National Symposium in Orlando and will be upheld at subsequent National Symposia. A dedicated table in the registration area will feature the memory book and a continuous video loop showcasing the shared reminiscences.
