ANNA is a partner in the Performance Excellence and Accountability in Kidney Care (PEAK). This voluntary quality improvement campaign was initiated by Kidney Care Partners and the kidney community to reduce mortality among first-year dialysis patients on a national level. The campaign has focused on increasing the importance of patient education and key clinical care activities and is reporting progress toward reaching its goal of improving patient survival and reducing first-year mortality.
