Since opening its doors in 1974, Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) has become the largest non-profit, independent provider of dialysis and related health services in Northeast Ohio. While we initially began as a small treatment center located inside of St. Luke’s Medical Center, CDC now boasts an impressive 18 facilities that offer care to more than 1,700 patients throughout the region.
