Angela Kurosaka, DNP, RN, CNN, CCM, NEA-BC, assumed the role of 2022-2023 ANNA President during the Nephrology Nurses Recognition Luncheon at the 2022 ANNA National Symposium on May 24. Dr. Kurosaka outlined her vision for the upcoming year, which includes “looking at history to help drive decisions for the present and future” and leading with HOPE (Helping Others through Positive Empowerment). Goals for the year ahead include executing ANNA’s new Strategic Plan; focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion; promoting advocacy; and launching a redesigned association website.
