ANNA Joins Nurses on Boards Coalition as Member Organization

ANNA Updates Venous Needle Dislodgement and Access-Bloodline Separation Resources

Venous needle dislodgement and access-bloodline separation are potential complications of hemodialysis therapy. In 2020, ANNA convened a task force to update the information and resources developed by the 2012 ANNA Venous Needle Dislodgement Task Force. The 2020-2021 ANNA Venous Needle Dislodgement Task Force conducted a literature review, requested information from ANNA members, and tested taping techniques.
