Encompass Health Rehab Hospital in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Dialysis Program Coordinator to create and manage our new in-house dialysis program! We have purchased new Tablo equipment in an effort to provide our patients with the best, in-house, care possible. 

• Full-time, day hours 
• No on-call 
• No required travel
