Kidney Care Partners Seek Guidance from CMS Regarding ESRD Treatment Choices Model
The Kidney Care Partners request the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide additional guidance regarding the implementation of the ESRD Treatment Choices (ETC) Model. They also request that the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) prioritize rulemaking during 2021 to address some of the policies that can only be resolved through the rulemaking process.
